This package serves 4-6 people and includes:
- 2 Racks of BBQ Spare Ribs
- BBQ Sauce (6 oz.)
- There are 10-13 ribs per rack
- Each rack of ribs is approx 3-3.5 lbs
- This package ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit
- Upon arrival store in the freezer for up to 30 days
To Serve
- Preheat oven to 250
- Remove ribs from packaging, and place on a sheet pan or tray—for best results, place ribs on a wire rack.
- Cook in oven for 20 minutes
- Increase oven temperature to 400 and cook ribs for another 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly for 5 minutes
- When ribs are cool enough to handle, cut between the bones and transfer to a plate, Serve with BBQ Sauce.

BBQ Sauce: sauce: shallots, chili pepper, salt, sugar, soybean, smoked paprika, ketchup, tabasco, lemongrass, sesame oil
