- Dinner Kit ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Fried steak + biscuits may be stored in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
- Defrost all other items in the refrigerator for 24 hours before warming; keep them frozen until that time.
- Once defrosted, enjoy within 48 hours.
- Upon arrival, store pudding and cream in the refrigerator or freezer for up to 3 days.
- Store bananas and nilla wafers at room temperature.

To Serve
Fried Steak – Air Fry
- Prepare your air fryer for use according to the manufacturer’s directions.
- Place the steak into the air fryer in a single layer so they have no overlap and air can reach all sides.
- Air fry for 10-14 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 155°F.
- Rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Fried Steak – Oven Bake
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Place the steak onto a wire rack on a sheet pan in a single layer so they have no overlap.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 155°F.
- Rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Browned Butter Mashed Potatoes – Stove Top
- Add a little (2 Tbsps) milk, broth, or water to a medium saucepan and turn heat to medium.
- Add in the potatoes in spoonfuls, stirring as you go.
- Heat over medium, stirring every few seconds. Make sure to scrape the bottom as you heat to avoid scorching.
- Ensure the internal temperature has reached 165°F.
Browned Butter Mashed Potatoes – Microwave
- Remove the cover from the container. Place in microwave covered loosely with a paper towel. Heat on high for 2 minutes.
- Carefully remove from the microwave and stir.
- Return to the microwave and cook on high for 2 more minutes. Let stand for 1 minute then stir again.
- Ensure the internal temperature has reached 165°F.
- Continue heating then stirring, 30 seconds at a time until desired temperature is reached.
Country Gravy – Stove Top
- Add a little (2 Tbsps) milk, broth, or water to a medium saucepan and turn heat to medium.
- Add in the gravy, whisking as it warms through.
- Bring just to a simmer and cook while stirring for 2 minutes to ensure even heating.
- Serve half over the mashed potatoes and half over the chicken-fried steak.
Country Gravy – Microwave
- Remove the cover from the container. Place in microwave covered loosely with a paper towel.
- Heat on high for 2 minutes.
- Carefully remove from the microwave and stir.
- Return to the microwave and cook on high for 2 more minutes.
- Let stand for 1 minute then stir again.
- Ensure the internal temperature has reached 165°F.
- Continue heating 30 seconds at a time until desired temperature is reached.
- Serve half over the mashed potatoes and half over the chicken fried steak.
Rustler Butter Green Beans – Stove Top
- Preheat a 10” sauté pan on the stove top until a droplet of water sizzles when dropped on the surface.
- Cut open the bag and carefully pour all the contents into the pan.
- Toss or stir as the beans heat for 2-3 minutes.
- When they are piping hot, they are ready to serve.
- Add some of the additional rustler butter to the beans just before serving if desired.
Rustler Butter Green Beans – Microwave
- Puncture the bag with two small holes on the side that will face up during heating.
- Warm in the microwave on high for 60 seconds.
- Carefully shake the bag around to redistribute the butter over the beans.
- Return to the microwave and cook again for another 60 seconds.
- Let stand for 1 minute, check to ensure the beans are very hot.
- Carefully cut open the bag, being careful to avoid steam and serve with a little additional rustler butter if desired.
Biscuits – Oven Bake
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Place the Biscuits onto a sheet pan or onto the same rack being used to warm the chicken fried steak.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 7-8 minutes or until they are very hot all the way through and nicely browned on the top.
- Serve alongside the chicken fried steak with a little rustler butter if desired.
Final Assembly
- Warm two dinner plates until they are just hot to the touch.
- Place half the mashed potatoes on each plate, leaving a small well in the center.
- Place the fried steak alongside the potatoes.
- Pour half the gravy over the steak and half over the potatoes.
- Place green beans alongside the potatoes, leaving excess liquid in the pan, then top them with a bit of rustler butter.
- Serve the biscuits alongside.
- Enjoy!
Banana Pudding
- If frozen, remove pudding and cream from freezer and allow to thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
- Slice bananas and crumble the nilla wafers.
- Spoon pudding into empty jar until it’s approx. 1/3 full.
- Top with slices of banana, sprinkle a tablespoon of wafers, and top with cream. Repeat the process again.
- Eat and enjoy!
Chicken & Bacon Jalapeño Poppers
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Arrange poppers on a parchment or foil lined sheet tray leaving space in between.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes.
- Remove the tray from the oven and brush each popper with a generous glaze of hot honey sauce.
- Return to the oven for 6-8 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 185°F.
- Remove from the oven and brush with more hot honey sauce.
- Serve with sides of ranch and blue cheese dressing.
- Enjoy!
