To Serve

Country Gravy – Stove Top

  • Add a little (2 Tbsps) milk, broth, or water to a medium saucepan and turn heat to medium.
  • Add in the gravy, whisking as it warms through.
  • Bring just to a simmer and cook while stirring for 2 minutes to ensure even heating.

Country Gravy – Microwave

  • Remove the cover from the container. Place in microwave covered loosely with a paper towel.
  • Heat on high for 2 minutes.
  • Carefully remove from the microwave and stir.
  • Return to the microwave and cook on high for 2 more minutes.
  • Let stand for 1 minute then stir again.
  • Ensure the internal temperature has reached 165°F.
  • Continue heating 30 seconds at a time until desired temperature is reached.

Biscuits – Oven Bake

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.
  • Place the biscuits onto a sheet pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 7-8 minutes or until they are very hot all the way through and nicely browned on the top.
  • Serve with the sausage gravy or homemade jam.

Country Sausage – Stove Top or Griddle

  • Preheat a 12” sauté pan or electric griddle until the surface is hot enough to evaporate a drop of water in a couple of seconds.
  • Remove the patties from the vacuum bag and carefully press them each onto the surface of the pan with a heavy spatula.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the meat has turned mostly grey on the surface and is nicely browned on the bottom.
  • Flip each patty carefully and away from you, being careful to avoid grease splashes. Do not press down after the flip.
  • Cook for another 2-3 minutes or until the patties have reached an internal temperature of 165°F.

Breakfast Potatoes

  • Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil and spray lightly with non-stick spray or your preferred cooking oil.
  • Spread the potatoes evenly over the surface of the pan, ensuring they are only one layer.
  • Place the pan into the oven for 8-10 minutes or until the potatoes are sizzling on the pan.
  • Remove and turn the potatoes over using a heavy turner.
  • Return to the oven for 5-7 minutes or until the potatoes are crispy on the edges and evenly browned.
