- Mini Banana Bread + Bourbon Butter ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Defrost in the refrigerator for 24 hours before warming; keep them frozen until that time.
- Once defrosted, enjoy within 48 hours.
To Serve
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place the loaves onto a parchment-lined sheet pan or on a baking rack on a sheet pan. Leave about 2 inches between the loaves.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 7-8 minutes or until they are very hot all the way through and nicely browned on top.
- Serve with bourbon butter on the side.
- Tip: Banana bread makes great bread pudding or French toast using your favorite recipe.
