It first opened its doors in New York City in 2012 to heaps of acclaim, and in 2020 a much-anticipated offshoot opened in West Hollywood, bringing these insanely popular square pizzas to the City of Angels. At Prince Street Pizza, they’re building their signature pizzas “upside down,” with mozzarella, sauce, and heaps of pepperoni that curl into little pools of oily deliciousness layered atop a crisp, pillowy crust.
