- 1 jar Half Liter’s KC Style Cola BBQ Sauce (8 oz.)
- Pies ship frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Pot Pies and Fruit Pies arrive frozen and should be stored in the freezer until placed in the oven. Do not thaw!
- Pot Pies may be stored in the freezer for up to 6 months.
- Apple + Cherry Pies arrive frozen and can be stored in the freezer for 1 month. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator or remove from package and thaw on the counter before reheating or serving. Pies last 1-2 days at room temperature and up to 5 days in the refrigerator. Pies can also be served at room temperature.
- Sugar Crème Brûlée Pie arrives frozen and can be stored in the freezer for 1 month. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before serving. Thawed pies can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
To Serve
Pot Pies
- Preheat oven to 400º F.
- For best results, brush pie with egg wash (1 egg mixed with 2 tbsp. milk or cream).
- Place frozen pie in the oven. Bake for 60-90 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. If you have a cooking thermometer, make sure the inside of the pie is at 165º. Be careful – pie will be HOT!
- Pro Tip: All ovens are different! If this is your first Pots & Pans pot pie, give yourself some extra baking time before you plan to serve it.
- Serve & enjoy!
Sweet Pies (Optional)
- Thaw pie in the refrigerator overnight before warming it in the oven.
- Preheat oven to 350º F.
- Cover the top of the pie with foil and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until desired temperature. To warm an individual slice, place it in the oven for 5-10 minutes or until desired temperature.
