Clarissa Morley had been baking pies her whole life before she decided to start selling them at local Indianapolis farmers markets and pop-up events in 2016. - Pies ship frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Pies arrive frozen and should be stored in the freezer until placed in the oven. Do not thaw!
- Pies may be stored in the freezer for up to 1 month.
To Serve
- Thaw pie in the refrigerator overnight before warming it in the oven.
- Preheat oven to 350º F.
- Cover the top of the pie with foil and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until desired temperature. To warm an individual slice, place it in the oven for 5-10 minutes or until desired temperature.
