The secret to a great bagel comes down to two major factors — freshness and the quality of ingredients — and Pop’s Bagels hits it out of the park on both fronts with bagels made with just a handful of high-quality ingredients: flour, yeast, local water, and organic barley malt and shipped par-baked and frozen. Founded as a catering operation in 2017 by Zach Liporace in order to ensure that his bagels are always enjoyed fresh out of the oven, Pop’s has changed the Los Angeles bagel game, one (small) bake-at-home batch at a time.

Pop’s Bagels are Egg-Free, Dairy-free, Nut-Free, & Vegan
- Bagels ship fresh with ice packs.
- Ice packs may thaw in transit.
- Upon arrival place in the freezer or bake immediately.
- May be kept frozen for up to 1 month.
- Cream Cheese should be kept refrigerated for up to a week.
To Serve
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Bake bagels for 15-20 mins on a cookie sheet on the middle rack.

The end result is a bagel that’s crisp on the outside and chewy, malty, and light on the inside, fresh out of your oven. Pop’s gluten-free bagels are also made with just a handful of wholesome ingredients like millet, rice flour, and olive oil, and are shipped fully cooked.
