Pop’s bagels are made with just a handful of high-quality ingredients — flour, yeast, local water, and organic barley malt — and they’re shipped par-baked and frozen, ready to be baked at home. The end result is a bagel that’s crisp on the outside and chewy, malty, and light on the inside, fresh out of your oven! Be sure to add on Pop’s homemade cultured buttermilk cream cheese or vegan cream cheese made with coconut!
The secret to a great bagel comes down to two major factors — freshness and the quality of ingredients — and Pop’s Bagels hits it out of the park on both fronts with bagels made with just a handful of high-quality ingredients: flour, yeast, local water, and organic barley malt and shipped par-baked and frozen. Founded as a catering operation in 2017 by Zach Liporace in order to ensure that his bagels are always enjoyed fresh out of the oven, Pop’s has changed the Los Angeles bagel game, one (small) bake-at-home batch at a time.

- Upon arrival place in the freezer or bake immediately
- May be kept frozen for up to 1 month
- Cream Cheeses should be kept refrigerated for up to a week
- Lox can be stored in the refrigerator unopened for 6 months and up to 1 week opened.
To Serve
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Bake bagels for 10-15 minutes on a cookie sheet on the middle rack. For the crispiest results, bake directly on the rack with no tray.
