This package includes your choice for 3 pints of Delfina’s Pasta Sauce
Options Include
- Amatriciana Sauce – Classic Roman tomato sauce, enhanced with chile pepper and guanciale
- Pomodoro Sauce – Delfina’s classic pomodoro sauce is delicious paired with your favorite pasta or Delfina’s Potato gnocchi
- Ragu Nostrano Sauce – Traditional meat ragu of beef, pork, and veal
- Sauce ships frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Defrost in your refrigerator overnight, or by using the defrost settings in your microwave.
To Serve
- Bring sauce to a boil, and toss with your favorite pasta or Pizzeria Del na gnocchi.
