This package serves 4-6 people and includes
- 2 bags Gnocchi (each 1 lb.)
- Sauce, your choice (2 pts.)
Sauce Options Include
- Amtatriciana
- Pomodoro
- Ragu Nostrano
- Package ship frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
To Serve
- Bring a large pot of well-salted water to a boil. We recommend a six-quart pot or larger if you are cooking the entire 1 pound bag of frozen gnocchi
- When water comes to a rolling boil, drop-in the frozen gnocchi all at once and stir gently with a wooden spoon. * Cook for 5 minutes total or until one full minute after all gnocchi have begun to float.
- Drain and then combine with pomodoro sauce.
- Serve and enjoy!

- In a sauce pan, bring sauce to a boil.
- Toss with gnocchi.
