Made from wild Pacific salmon and our fishmonger formulated Northwest Seafood Seasoning, they are perfect to have on hand for a quick nutritious meal. Easy to prepare, they can be grilled, baked, or pan fried from frozen in minutes. Conveniently vacuum sealed in 4 packs of 4oz patties.

To Serve

Oven Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Place on baking sheet and lightly brush with oil.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Flip and bake for an additional 5 minutes until temperature is at least 165 F.

Pan Fry Method

  • Cook on medium to low heat.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of oil into frying pan.
  • Brown both sides until temperature is at least 165 F.

Grill Method

  • Place patty on heated grill.
  • Flipping occasionally, cook until temperature is at least 165 F.
