Straight from the cold waters of Alaska, these bone in steaks hold up great on the grill. You can’t really go wrong by baking or broiling either! Firm, flaky and mild, halibut is just the thing for the person who doesn’t care for strong-flavored fish. Each steak weighs approximately two pounds and will feed 3 to 4 people. They are big steaks! Halibut is previously frozen.
