Part of our mission statement is to educate people about this practice used by the Salish People for over 1000 years. As an organization, we support work in all areas of sustainability. This year we were able to harvest some of the most beautiful Sockeye and Coho salmon we have seen in years. Through Goldbelly, we are making some of this beautiful salmon available to you for the holiday season and beyond. It is some of the finest quality salmon in the world, caught in the most sustainable method in the world.
