Piedaho’s owner and head baker, Rebecca Bloom, has always had a love of baking. Experimenting and spending time in the kitchen at a young age with her mother are some of her fondest childhood memories. Rebecca took this passion to culinary school at the Ecole Ritz Escoffier in Paris. After graduation, she worked in the top kitchens of Los Angeles. Bloom bought her education and first-hand experience back to Idaho to open her own bakery. At Piedaho Bakery, we embrace the belief that anyone can pull up a chair at our table, share a piece of the pie, some conversation, and leave feeling nurtured and heard. Cooking and baking and love all whipped up together in a delicious bite!
