A New Haven native, he was disappointed to find no Chicago pizza that resembled the thin, “hold it and fold it,” crunchy-chewy pizza of his youth. More than 20 years later, Piece is one of the highest-grossing independent pizzerias in the country, as well as one of Chicago’s most beloved pizzerias.

- Each pizza serves 2 people, measures approx. 12", and weighs approx. 1.5 lbs.
- Pizzas ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
- Upon arrival, store pizza in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
- Pizzas may be stored for up to 5 days in the refrigerator or up to 2 months in the freezer.
To Serve
- If frozen, allow pizzas to thaw in the refrigerator.
- Preheat oven to 500°F.
- Place pizza on the rack and bake for 4-6 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
