If you’re not familiar with pho (pronounced “fuh”), think of it as the best noodle soup you’ve ever had, kicked up with spices like star anise, cardamom, and cloves; enhanced with Vietnamese flavors like ginger, green onion, and fish sauce; and topped with a bouquet of fresh herbs, lime, jalapeño, and meats including shredded chicken and sliced brisket. Phorage’s chef Perry Cheung appeared on Food Network’s Beat Bobby Flay and took him down!
This package serves 4-6 people and includes everything you need to make 4 Qts. of Chicken Pho:
- Free-range Chicken Pho (3 qt.)
- Shredded Free-range Chicken (8 oz.)
- Pho Noodles (28 oz.)
- Pho Fixin’s
- Green Onion
- Cilantro, lime
- Jalapeno
- Hoisin Sauce
- Sriracha
- Pho ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit
- Upon arrival, remove packaging and place in the refrigerator or freezer
- Meats need to be enjoyed within 2-3 days from receiving
- Broth may be frozen for up to 1 month
To Serve
- Remove from package and boil the broth
- Blanch noodles
- Add noodles, protein, and prefered fixings to the broth
- Enjoy!
