If you’re not familiar with pho (pronounced “fuh”), think of it as the best noodle soup you’ve ever had, kicked up with spices like star anise, cardamom, and cloves; enhanced with Vietnamese flavors like ginger, green onion, and fish sauce; and topped with a bouquet of fresh herbs, lime, jalapeño, and meats including shredded chicken and sliced brisket. - Beef Pho (3 qt.)
- Sliced Brisket (8 oz.)
- Vietnamese Meatballs (8 oz.)
- Pho Noodles (28 oz.)
- Pho Fixin’s
- Green Onion
- Cilantro, lime
- Jalapeno
- Hoisin Sauce
- Sriracha
- Pho ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit
- Upon arrival, remove packaging and place in the refrigerator or freezer
- Meats need to be enjoyed within 2-3 days from receiving
- Broth may be frozen for up to 1 month
To Serve
- Remove from package and boil the broth
- Blanch noodles
- Add noodles, protein, and prefered fixings to the broth
