Phil’s Fish Market has been preparing its famous fresh seafood for more than 30 years. Owned by Phil DiGirolamo, the family seafood market and restaurant is known for its Cioppino and other fresh seafood dishes like clam chowder.
This package serves 4-6 people and includes 3 containers of your choice of Clam Chowder

Cooked to order, frozen overnight, and shipped straight to you, it’s a healthy, hearty, and exceptionally delicious meal.
- New England Clam Chowder – With Phil’s New England all you need to do to bring the silken flavors to life is defrost the package, add milk and cream, and heat! Phil’s Fish Market cooks all chowders to order, freezes them overnight, and ships them immediately to ensure freshness.
Items Needed for New England Chowder:- 1 cup (8 oz.) Whole Milk
- 1 cup (8 oz.) Half and Half/Heavy Cream
- 2 Medium Saucepans
- Chopped Parsley (optional garnish)
- Chowder ships frozen with dry ice, may dissipate during transit.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, place chowder in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
- Chowder lasts up to 2 days in the refrigerator or up to 1 year in the freezer.
To Serve
Manhattan Clam Chowder
- Allow chowder to defrost in the refrigerator.
- Once defrosted, pour chowder into a large pot over medium heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
New England Clam Chowder
- Allow chowder to defrost in the refrigerator.
- Once defrosted, pour chowder into a large pot over medium heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Pour milk and cream (not included) into a second pan and warm over low heat for 2-3 minutes (do not allow milk and cream to boil).
- Slowly add heated milk and cream to the chowder base, stirring constantly until chowder reaches desired consistency.
- Top with chopped parsley (if desired) and enjoy!
