- This package serves 4-6 people and includes 6 Cajun Shrimp & Crab Cakes (3.5 oz. each)
- Items ship frozen with dry ice, may dissipate in transit.
- Do not handle dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, keep frozen for up to 6 months.
- Once thawed, keep refrigerated and best enjoyed within 4 days.
To Serve
Oven (Recommended)
- Do not thaw. Cook from frozen.
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place cakes on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Pan Fry + Oven Finish
- Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry cakes from frozen for about 45 seconds per side to develop a golden crust.
- Transfer to a 375°F oven and bake until heated through.
Chef’s Tip: For extra richness, place a small tab of butter on each cake during the last 2 minutes of baking.
