Inspired by high end burgers like Minetta Tavern’s Black Label, this elevated burger features a blend of American Black Angus short rib, flat iron, and dry-aged rib steak. The Gold Label burger is the first Pat LaFrieda blend to be designed especially for home kitchens still awaiting their first Michelin star.
