Our Grandpa’s Hot Italian Sausages are a juice explosion with the snappy bite you can only get with real pork casing. Premium pork butt from fantastically fatty hogs means no additional fat is added. While butt’s truly a cut of pork from the animal’s shoulder, we think butt’s a more fun name too. Just like Grandpa LaFrieda made (seriously, he let us keep the recipe), hot pepper and spices star alongside both whole and ground fennel for a quintessentially Italian flavor.
