Spaghetti & Meatball Kit

Chef Nic is taking the much-loved spaghetti & meatballs to another level! The smooth and silky house tomato sauce is made be slowly cooking ripe plum tomatoes with garlic, basil, shallots, and a splash of white wine, and the giant six-ounce beef & pork meatballs are stuffed with plenty of gooey mozzarella! It’s comforting on every level, and pairs perfectly with a glass of cabernet sauvignon. And garlic bread is included on the side!

After chef Nic Bryon was laid off from his job at one of Tampa’s trendiest restaurants at the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, he teamed up with his brother Greg and translated his love for all things pasta into Pasta Packs.
