Thankfully, Chef Nic has done the work for you, creating an elegant dish that pairs spaghetti with a flavorful sauce of roasted garlic, lemon zest, parsley, a hint of red pepper, and olive oil. With some shrimp on top and a zesty glass of sauvignon blanc to drink, this dish is pasta perfection.

Pappardelle Bolognese
To make this classic meat sauce, beef and pork are braised for over three hours until tender. These flavors of this hearty ragù are amplified with prosciutto, a generous amount of Pecorino Romano, and a splash of slightly sweet white wine. Pair with a glass of crisp chardonnay.
