OroBianco Italian Creamery

Out of Blanco, Texas, OroBianco Italian Creamery makes water buffalo gelato at the first and only water buffalo dairy and creamery in the state. The story began with a goat dairy almost 20 years ago. Today the herd's milk meets local cow's milk, cream and ingredients sourced nearby or made in house, and visitors watch it come together through the shop's viewing windows.

The team are chefs, ranchers and cowboys who raise their livestock by south Texas ranching traditions chosen for the animals' well-being and the health of the soil. The buffalo are far bigger than the goats, and just as gentle. From the Blanco creamery to freezers across the country, OroBianco's water buffalo gelato is shipped nationwide on Goldbelly.
