The consistency is soft, the flavor is elegant but strong, not so sweet in the mouth, due to presence of dark chocolate that lessens the sweetness of white and milk chocolate. It’s a rich but highly digestible Panettone, thanks to the usage both of first quality raw materials and of long rising techniques. It’s completely free from preservatives, semi-finished products, flavorings and vegetable fats. 100% prepared by hand with passion since 1882, in keeping with tradition.
The Olivieri family has been making traditional Italian Holiday sweet breads in the Northern Italian city of Arzignano, by hand and with only the highest-quality ingredients, since 1882. These panettone and pandoro are as authentic as it gets, and the recipes that have remained largely unchanged for over 100 years. They’ve been recognized by the Gambero Rosso food guide and won the 2019 International Great Taste Awards in London.
