Since 1882, the Olivieri family has been making traditional Milanese Holiday sweet breads by hand in the Northern Italian city of Arzignano, using only the highest-quality ingredients and recipes that have remained largely unchanged. These panettone and pandoro are the real deal, and have been recognized by the Gambero Rosso food guide and won the 2019 International Great Taste Awards in London.

  • Each cake measures approx. 9.44″ × 9.44″ and weighs approx. 1.98 lbs.

Options Include

  • Classic – It’s a cloud of butter and eggs, soft wheat flour, covered with a sugar glaze enriched with almonds. You can perceive the light crunchiness of the glaze, followed by the incredible softness of the dough.
  • Triple Chocolate – White, milk, and dark chocolate are blended together in order to create a unique burst of taste. It’s covered with a sugar glaze, which is enriched with almonds.
  • Apricot & Salted Caramel – Apricot and Salted Caramel Colomba is made only with natural mother dough, and the dough passes through 4-day processing time. It’s not the traditional Colomba cake, but it’s made to satisfy the most experimental and demanding palates. It is filled with candied apricots and salted caramel. It’s covered with a sugar glaze, which is enriched with almonds.
