Choose your own variety of Nye’s amazing flavors! Every ice cream sandwich is filled with hand-scooped ice cream and is assembled, wrapped, and packaged by hand at Nye’s.
Chef Robert handcrafts artisan ice cream and cookies to create elevated versions of classic ice cream sandwiches. Since 2010, Nye’s Cream Sandwiches in Wilmington, North Carolina, has steadily gained fame for its whimsical ice cream sandwiches in flavors like Strawberry Shortcake (strawberry ice cream and sugar cookies) and Key Lime Pie (Key lime ice cream and chewy graham cookies). Nye’s Cream Sandwiches has been featured on O, The Oprah Magazine’s The O List.
