Called “The Greenmarket go-to for high-end chefs,” by the New York Times, Norwich Meadows Farm farms for flavor and diversity. Over the past twenty years, they have grown and bred several hundred varieties of well-known and esoteric vegetables. Much of what they grow is based on relationships they have with chefs from New York City’s finest restaurants such as Dan Barber at Blue Hill, Michael Anthony, the chef of Gramercy Tavern, Jeremiah Stone and Fabian von Hauske Valtierra of Wildair and Contra, and Daniel Humm at Eleven Madison Park.
