Founded by Peter Mei in 2016, New Territories is a tiny shop that’s big on taste in New York City’s Lower East Side. The cafe’s name is a nod to the region within Hong Kong. New Territories transports patrons to Hong Kong, where sweet, eggy bubble waffles that are crisp on the outside and cakey on the inside are a popular street snack. New Territories tops their Hong Kong cakes with sweet, handmade small batch ice cream.
This package includes everything you need to make 8 Unicorn Parade Milkshakes
- 4 pints Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
- Rainbow Sprinkle
- Pocky
- Glazed Animal Crackers
- 2 Souvenir Mason Jars
- 2 Reusable Lids
- 2 Reusable Straws
- Milk and Whipped Cream not included
Please Note: While this includes the ingredients for 8 Milkshakes, only 2 Mason Jars are included. If you are throwing a milkshake party be sure to have extra cups on hand!
- Kit ships frozen with dry ice
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands
- Upon arrival remove packaging and place immediately in the freezer
- May be stored in the freezer for up to 21 days
To Serve
- In a blender, add 3 scoops of ice cream and 1/3 cup of milk (not included)
- Blend until smooth
- Add 3 Tbsp of rainbow sprinkles to the milkshake and blend for 10 seconds until evenly distributed
- You may crack in some animal crackers and Pocky for texture
- Drizzle condensed milk randomly at the bottom of your mason jar or cup
- Add 1 Tbsp of chocolate sprinkles to the bottom of the jar or cup
- Fill the jar or cup with the milkshake
- Add the optional whipped cream (not included), animal crackers, Pocky, sprinkles, and condensed milk on top
- Enjoy!

It may be super-photogenic, but don’t call it Instagram bait: the ice cream that’s tucked into these waffles and blended into overflowing milkshakes is hand-crafted in-house daily in small batches using only the highest-quality ingredients, and it’s rich, super-creamy, and available in flavors like Jasmine Tea, Tokyo Banana, Cookie Dough Oreo, and even Salted Egg Custard that have New Yorkers lining up around the block!
