Founded in a tiny shop on New York City’s Lower East Side by Peter Mei in 2016, New Territories, a nod to the region within Hong Kong, transports you to Hong Kong, where sweet, eggy bubble waffles that are crisp on the outside and cakey on the inside are a popular street snack. New Territories tops their Hong Kong cakes with incredibly delicious small batch ice cream.

- Chocolate Chip with a Classic Bubble Waffle: Egg batter mixed with sweet melty milk chocolate chips.
- Chocolate Chip with a Chocolate Bubble Waffle: Chocolate batter mixed with chocolate chips.
- Cookies and Cream with a Classic Bubble Waffle: Egg batter mixed with crushed Oreos.
- Cookies and Cream with a Chocolate Bubble Waffle: Chocolate batter mixed with crushed Oreos.
- Peanut Butter Chip with a Classic Bubble Waffle: Egg batter mixed with peanut butter chips.

- Salted Egg Stuffed Bubble Waffle: Inspired by the classic Salted Egg Custard Buns, this stuffed waffle uses an egg batter mixed with premium salted egg yolks that create a sweet and savory kick. Salted Egg Yolk is a popular Southeast Asian ingredient mostly used in desserts and sauteed dishes.
- Ube Coconut Stuffed Bubble Waffle: This waffle uses Ube (purple sweet potato) batter mixed with shredded coconut for a sweet aromatic pairing that reminds you of flavors from the Philippines.
- Kit ships frozen with dry ice
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands
- Upon arrival remove packaging and place immediately in the refrigerator or freezer
- May be stored in the refrigerator for up to 14 days or in the freezer for up to 21 days
- Toppings can be stored in a dry and cool place or in the refrigerator
To Serve
- Preheat toaster oven to 375 degrees
- Remove the bubble waffle from packaging
- Thaw the bubble waffle by allowing it to sit at room temperature for at least 2-3 minutes
- Once the oven is heated properly, bake the bubble waffle for 3-5 minutes or until crispy
- Remove from oven and finish by decorating with included toppings
- Enjoy!

It may be super-photogenic, but don’t call it Instagram bait: the ice cream that’s tucked into these waffles and blended into overflowing milkshakes is hand-crafted in-house daily in small batches using only the highest-quality ingredients, and it’s rich, super-creamy, and available in flavors like Jasmine Tea, Tokyo Banana, Cookie Dough Oreo, and even Salted Egg Custard that have New Yorkers lining up around the block!
