Founded in a tiny shop on New York City’s Lower East Side by Peter Mei in 2016, New Territories, a nod to the region within Hong Kong, transports you to Hong Kong, where sweet, eggy bubble waffles that are crisp on the outside and cakey on the inside are a popular street snack. New Territories tops their Hong Kong cakes with incredibly delicious small batch ice cream.
This package includes everything you need to make 8 Birthday Milkshakes
- 4 pints Birthday Cake Ice Cream
- Rainbow Sprinkles
- Chocolate Chips
- Cookies & Cream Cookies
- Glazed Breadsticks
- Caramel Sauce

- 2 Souvenir Mason Jars
- 2 Reusable Lids

- Milk & Whipped Cream not included
Please Note: While this includes the ingredients for 8 Milkshakes, only 2 Mason Jars are included. If you are throwing a milkshake party be sure to have extra cups on hand!
- Kit ships frozen with dry ice
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands
- Upon arrival remove packaging and place immediately in the freezer
- May be stored in the the freezer for up to 21 days
To Serve
- In a blender, add 4 scoops of ice cream and 1/4 cup of milk (not included)
- Blend until smooth
- Add 1-2 Tbsp of rainbow sprinkle and blend for 10 seconds until even distributed
- You may add cookies and cream cookies for texture
- Drizzle caramel randomly at the bottom of your mason jar or cup
- Add 1/2 Tbsp (or more!) of rainbow sprinkles to the bottom of the jar
- Fill the jar or cup with the milkshake
- Add the optional whipped cream (not included), rainbow sprinkles, chocolate chips, cookies, glazed breadsticks, and caramel on top
- Enjoy!
