Founded in a tiny shop on New York City’s Lower East Side by Peter Mei in 2016, New Territories, a nod to the region within Hong Kong, transports you to Hong Kong, where sweet, eggy bubble waffles that are crisp on the outside and cakey on the inside are a popular street snack. New Territories tops their Hong Kong cakes with incredibly delicious small batch ice cream.
This package includes everything you need to make 8 Holiday Winter Wonderland Milkshakes
- 2 pints Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
- 2 pints Chocolate Ice Cream
- Crushed Peppermint Powder
- White Chocolate Crunch
- Holiday Marshmallows
- White Yogurt Pretzel
- Caramel
- Holiday Sprinkles
- 2 Souvenir Mason Jars
- 2 Reusable Lids
- 2 Reusable Straws
- Milk and Whipped Cream not included
Please Note: While this includes the ingredients for 8 Milkshakes, only 2 Mason Jars are included. If you are throwing a milkshake party be sure to have extra cups on hand!
- Kit ships frozen with dry ice.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival remove packaging and place immediately in the freezer.
- May be stored in the freezer for up to 21 days.
How to Make Holiday Winter Wonderland Milkshakes
Prepare the Milkshake
- Scoop 1 cup of Vanilla Ice Cream (around 2 large scoops) and 1 cup of Chocolate Ice Cream and place it into a blender.
- Add 3 tbsp of Peppermint Powder and 1/3 cup of milk.
- Blend until smooth. (You may gradually add more milk if you find the ice cream difficult to blend. Though be sure not to over blend. We like our milkshakes thick!).
Add Toppings into Milkshake to Blend
- Once the milkshake is a smooth consistency, add 1-2 tablespoons of the White Chocolate Crunch into the milkshake and blend for 15 seconds.
Assembly of the Milkshake
- Drizzle the Caramel randomly throughout the inside of a cup.
- Pour some milkshake to the halfway of the cup
- Add more white chocolate crunch into the cup.
- Add extra peppermint powder if you like your shakes extra minty.
- Pour the remaining milkshake into the cup.
Top with Whipped Cream (Optional)
- If you have canned whip cream readily available, you’re all set. Feel free to use it to top your milkshake.
- To make whipped cream, you can use heavy cream or coconut milk.
- Heavy Cream: Use 1/3 cup of heavy cream and 1 tbsp of confectioner sugar or 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Blend until the heavy cream forms stiff peaks.
Top Off the Milkshake
- Top the milkshake with the White Chocolate Crunch around the rim.
- Add 3 White Yogurt Pretzels to one side of the milkshake and one Holiday Marshmallows to the opposite side. (Our preferred amount is 2 of each with one on each side but add however many your heart desires.)
- Drizzle the top of the milkshake with some more Caramel.
- Top the milkshake off with the Holiday Sprinkles until lightly coated. If you have extra cookies, syrups, jams, or marshmallows, add those to your liking
