Not eligible for shipping to CanadaMaple Pecan is a Negranti’s favorite! House-candied pecans are the perfect mix of salty/sweet, combined with maple sheep’s milk ice cream in a delicious, graham cracker crust!
Back in 2010, Alexis Negranti was struck with an idea that some might have dismissed as far fetched: to purchase a flock of sheep and turn their milk into high-quality ice cream. But several months later, Negranti Creamery, a Paso Robles, California, dairy and scoop shop, was born. Sheep’s milk has less fat and more protein than other forms of milk; it’s higher in nutrients including vitamins A & E, calcium, potassium, and magnesium; and it’s even lactose intolerant-friendly!

Farm-to-Cone, Handcrafted Sheep’s Milk Ice Cream

Back in 2010, Alexis Negranti was struck with an idea that some might have dismissed as far fetched: to purchase a flock of sheep and turn their milk into high-quality ice cream. Even though she’d never even milked an animal before, Alexis followed through on her dream, and several months later, along with help from her husband Wade, Negranti Creamery was born.
At their Paso Robles, California, dairy and scoop shop, the Negrantis are churning this milk into handmade ice creams, flavored with ingredients sourced from local farmers. So what makes sheep’s milk ice cream so special? Sheep’s milk has less fat and more protein than other forms of milk; it’s higher in nutrients including vitamins A & E, calcium, potassium, and magnesium; and it’s even lactose intolerant-friendly!
