Guy Hanuka traveled the world baking, learning, and experiencing, and he eventually landed in Providence, RI by way of Johnson and Wales University. Fast forward to the global pandemic, Guy was baking at home, with more delicious baked breads and treats then he knew what to do with. Guy sent out a Facebook post wondering if anyone would be interested in these treats delivered to their doorsteps. Within two weeks, NAVAD Bakers was born.
This package serves 12-14 people and includes your choice of 4 Challahs.
- Each Challahs measures 12 × 6 × 4 and weighs 1.5 lbs.

- Baked goods arrive fresh and ready to enjoy
- Baked goods are best kept at room temperature or frozen, and should not be refrigerated
- Baked goods will last up to 3 days at room temperature, or 3 weeks frozen
To Serve
- If baked goods have been frozen, thaw at room temperature
To warm Baked Goods
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Place baked goods on a baking sheet for a few minutes, or until desired temperature has been reached

Guy Hanuka spent years training to be a baker in his native Israel and at Rhode Island’s acclaimed Johnson & Wales University, so when the Coronavirus pandemic hit in early 2020, he did what we all did: he started baking. He perfected recipes for classic Jewish baked goods including challah, babka, and rugelach, and soon ended up with more than he could conceivably eat. So he started selling to friends and family, and two weeks later, NAVAD Bakers was officially born.
NAVAD Bakers has already earned heaps of praise in its Rhode Island community, and has become a hit at local farmers markets. Guy’s baked goods are all made by hand using fresh, high-quality ingredients, and there’s no shortage of fun and creative spins on these Jewish classics, from peanut butter chocolate chip babka to onion & poppy seed challah.
