This package serves 12 people and includes
- 12 Natural-Casing Hot Dogs (each 2 oz.)
- 12 Steamer Buns (16 oz. Total)
- 1 pack Chili Sauce (12 oz.)
- 1 Whole Onion
- Natural Mustard (10.5 oz.)
- Hot Dogs + Chili Sauce ship frozen with ice packs or dry ice, may thaw during transit.
- Upon arrival, place hot dogs and chili in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
To Serve
- Thaw hot dogs and chili sauce.
- Add chili to a pot with 6 oz of water and heat on the stovetop until warmed through.
- Reheat the hot dogs on a grill or pan. The traditional preparation is on a grill top.
- After warming your buns, top your hot dogs with chili sauce and top with onions and mustard for a traditional Detroit Coney.
