- Cheesecake ships frozen with ice, packs, may thaw in transit.
- Upon arrival, remove cheesecake from the shipping box and place it in the freezer overnight before serving.
- Cheesecake can be stored at room temperature for 1 day, in the refrigerator up to 2 days, or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
- If stored in the refrigerator, cheesecake is best enjoyed within 12 hours.
- Leftovers can be refrozen to enjoy later — just be sure to wrap them tightly to maintain freshness.
To Serve
- Keep cheesecake frozen until approx. 60 minutes before serving.
- To thaw, remove from the freezer and place at room temperature for approx. 60 minutes.
