Each rack is seasoned with Morgan’s signature dry rub of kosher salt, paprika, black pepper, and mustard before being slow smoked over white oak for six to eight hours. They’re meaty, smoky, and full of flavor!

- BBQ ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Upon arrival, Keep meat tightly packaged in original plastic packaging in the refrigerator or freezer.
- May be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
- Once opened, BBQ Sauce may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
- Candied Bacon & Mac & Cheese may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Smoked Wings may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
To Serve
- Remove from the vacuum seal bag and wrap in foil.
- Place in oven or grill at approx. 275° F for 35-40 minutes.
- Serve & enjoy!
Mac & Cheese – Add On
- Preheat oven to 300° F.
- Transfer to saucepan or baking pan, sprinkle cheese on top and cook in oven for 20-25 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
- Serve and enjoy!
Candied Bacon – Add On
- Thaw if frozen.
- Preheat oven to 250℉.
- Place bacon on baking sheet and cook for 8 minutes or until warm.
- Serve and enjoy!
Smoked Jumbo Wings
- If frozen, defrost overnight in the sealed package.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Place wings on baking sheet.
- Cook for 15 minutes or until warm.
- Serve and enjoy!
