Regarded as one of New York’s very best barbecue joints, it’s become a beloved local hangout thanks to its expertly-made BBQ classics, all smoked low and slow over white oak, and their signature sides, all made fresh daily. This is the BBQ that Brooklyn has fallen in love with, and now it’s shipping nationwide!
This package serves 8-10 people and includes
- Smoked Brisket (2 lbs.)
- Burnt Ends (4 lbs.)
- 2 racks St. Louis Spare Ribs
- 3 Sides, your choice
- Each rib rack consists of 10 ribs, weighs approx. 2 lbs. and measures 8″ × 5″ × 3″

- 6 or 12 pieces Candied Bacon – Morgan’s Candied Bacon, is a deliciously addictive treat made by coating smoked bacon strips in brown sugar and maple syrup and baking them until caramelized. The result is a perfect balance of sweet, salty, and crispy, with a hint of spice for added depth—a crowd-pleasing snack or unique cocktail garnish.

- 12 or 25 Smoked Jumbo Wings – These smoked jumbo wings are a crowd-pleasing delight, smoked in-house over oak wood for a deep, smoky flavor and tender, juicy texture. Enjoy them “naked” to savor the pure smokiness, or choose to have them tossed in Morgan’s homemade barbecue sauce for a sweet, tangy finish, or buffalo sauce for a spicy kick.
Mac & Cheese Flavor Options Include
- “Old School” – Traditional mac with a smooth, velvety cheese sauce.
- “Smoked Bacon” – Featuring crispy, smoky bacon amidst cheesy goodness!
- “Mushroom” – The mac n’cheese you know and love, with earthy, sautéed mushrooms.

Smoked Wings Flavor Options Include
- “Naked”
- Tossed in Morgan’s Homemade Barbecue Sauce
- Tossed in Morgan’s Buffalo Sauce
- BBQ ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Upon arrival, Keep meats tightly packaged in original plastic packaging in the refrigerator or freezer.
- May be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
- Once opened, BBQ Sauce may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
- Sides may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
- Smoked Wings may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
To Serve
Brisket
- If frozen, allow to thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
- Take the meat out of refrigerator 1 hour before reheating.
- Keep in the original packaging (Don’t worry; the plastic package is specially designed to withstand the heat)
- Preheat oven to 275° F.
- Place meat, still in packaging, on sheet pan.
- Place in the oven for 30-45 minutes or until internal temperature is 165° F.
- Remove from oven and allow to rest for 15 minutes
- Slice brisket and EAT IT UP!
Burnt Ends
- Allow meat to come to room temperature for 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 275° F.
- Remove any plastic, wrap the burnt ends in foil, and place in roasting pan.
- Heat for 1 hour.
- Serve & enjoy!
St. Louis Spare Ribs
- Remove from the vacuum seal bag and wrap in foil.
- Place in oven or grill at approx. 275° F for 35-40 minutes.
- Serve & enjoy!
Coleslaw
- Transfer to a bowl and serve directly from the refrigerator.
Collard Greens
- Transfer to saucepan and bring to boil.
- Serve & enjoy!
Mac & Cheese
- Heat oven to 300° F.
- Transfer to saucepan or baking pan, sprinkle cheese on top and cook in oven for 20-25 mins until cheese is golden brown.
- Serve & enjoy!
Street Corn
- Reheat in a pan of boiling water for 5 minutes, on a grill, or in the oven at low temperature for 10 minutes.
- Finish off with the lime mayonnaise and sprinkle cheese.
- Serve & enjoy!
Mac & Cheese – Add On
- Preheat oven to 300° F.
- Transfer to saucepan or baking pan, sprinkle cheese on top and cook in oven for 20-25 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
- Serve and enjoy!
Candied Bacon – Add On
- Thaw if frozen.
- Preheat oven to 250℉.
- Place bacon on baking sheet and cook for 8 minutes or until warm.
- Serve and enjoy!
Smoked Jumbo Wings
- If frozen, defrost overnight in the sealed package.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Place wings on baking sheet.
- Cook for 15 minutes or until warm.
- Serve and enjoy!
