- Mochi Ice Cream may be stored in the freezer for up to 1 year.
- Upon arrival, mochi ice cream will be frozen and will be too cold to eat immediately. We suggest you transfer the mochi into your freezer and allow 2 hours for it to temper. If you wish to feast on your mochi ice cream sooner, you can allow the mochi to sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes before enjoying!
