This beautiful cake starts with three layers of delicate, perfectly spiced carrot sponge cake. Between each layer is light, airy, and silky vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream, which also coats the cake. Finally, the cake is decorated with a peach background and white Easter lily.

- Each hand-decorated cake measures approx. 6" and weighs approx. 3.4 lbs.

- Cakes ship frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, store cake in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
- Allow cake to thaw at room temperature for 2-3 hours before serving.
- For the smoothest edges, remove the cake collar while cake is chilled.
