Not eligible for shipping to CanadaThe viral Dubai Chocolate bar in cake form! This beautiful cake starts with three layers of fudgy chocolate sponge cake – the recipe took Miri ten years to perfect! Between each layer is a rich mixture of toasted kadayif (chopped filo pastry) and pistachio cream along side light, airy, and silky chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream, which also coats the cake. Finally the cake is decorated with delicate chocolate filagree and a white peony.
In 2009, Miri Nadler launched a food blog called “Miri in the Village,” in which readers followed her journey of teaching herself how to bake and perfect her dessert recipes. In 2019, her New Year’s Resolution was to learn how to elaborately decorate cakes using a palette knife. She mastered the craft and developed her own unique cake-decorating style, and after launching a popular Instagram account and receiving several cake requests, Miri Nadler Cake Design was born.

In 2016, Miri and her family moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, and in 2019 her New Year’s Resolution was to learn how to elaborately decorate cakes using a palette knife. She mastered the craft and developed her own unique cake-decorating style, and after launching a popular Instagram account and receiving several cake requests, Miri Nadler Cake Design was born.
