Mini Melanie, a trendsetting Brooklyn bakery, was founded in 2015 by sisters Diana and Melanie Moss (a former pastry chef at Babbo and Blue Hill at Stone Barns). It’s a one stop shop for delicious and innovative desserts that put a fun and modern twist on classic treats. In February 2018, Melanie won first place in an all-dessert, chocolate-themed episode of Food Network’s “Chopped.”

- Each cake weighs approx. 1.5 lbs and measures 6″ × 4″
Smash Cake Color Options Include

- Smash cake ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
- Upon arrival, store cake in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
- Smash cake may be stored for up to 3 days in the refrigerator or up to 3 weeks in the freezer.
- When you receive your cake, unwrap the shrink-wrap layer. Remove the plastic wrapper on the outside. Store the cake refrigerated until the day you plan to serve.
To Serve
- Place the cake at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours before having a cake smash for your child so that the frosting and cake tempers.
- Smash and enjoy!
