- Each cake weighs approx. 5 lbs. and measures approx. 6″ × 5″
- Cake ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
- Upon arrival, store cake in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
- Cake may be stored for up to 3 days in the refrigerator or up to 3 weeks in the freezer.
To Serve
- Defrost cake in the refrigerator until 1-2 hours before serving.
