Taking his cues from his favorite Texas and Carolina BBQ styles, Mighty Quinn’s founder and pitmaster Hugh Mangum has taken the best of both barbecue worlds and created something truly unique, and one of the absolute best BBQ joints in New York City. Alongside some of the best pork ribs found anywhere in the country, the New York BBQ restaurant, which first opened in the East Village in 2011, also smokes mouth-watering brisket, delicious burnt ends, and the “Brontosaurus,” an on-the-bone short rib smoked for 18 hours that’s so large we’re pretty sure it actually came from a Brontosaurus.
This package serves 4-6 people and includes
- 1 Rack Pork Spare Ribs
- 25 Smoked Wings
- Mac & Cheese (5 lbs.)
- 1 bottle Housemade BBQ Sauce (16 oz.)

- Meats are fully cooked, frozen, vacuum sealed and shipped with dry ice
- This item needs to be heated in an oven to serve
- Ribs can be stored in the freezer in a vacuum sealed bag for 1-2 months.
- Upon arrival, store products in freezer. If frozen, thaw for 2 days in the refrigerator before heating.
To Serve
Spare Ribs
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Remove the ribs from the cryovac bag.
- Place the ribs on a sheet tray and cover with foil.
- Place the ribs in oven for approximately 20 minutes.
- Remove foil and continue to heat in the oven for an additional 10 minutes. This step will help rejuvenate the bark.
- Remove the ribs from the oven and brush with Mighty Quinn’s BBQ sauce (as much or as little as you’d like). Cut ribs between the bones and enjoy!
Mac & Cheese
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Place mac & cheese in oven on center rack, loosely covered.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then remove lid completely and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- Remove and serve. Enjoy!
Wings
- Preheat oven to 450 F.
- Arrange wings in a single layer on a sheet tray lined with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 22 minutes (or longer for crispier wings).
- Heat wing sauce in a sauce pan until warm.
- Remove wings from oven and toss in sauce.
- Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
- Slice scallions and cilantro into 1/4 inch pieces and sprinkle on top of wings.

Burnt Ends
- Preheat oven to 250 F.
- Cut the cryovac bag and empty contents into a heat proof dish.
- Cover the dish with a lid or aluminum foil to create a seal. It is very important that the dish is completely sealed.
- Place dish in the oven and heat for 45 minutes.
- Carefully remove the dish from the oven. Remove foil or lid and enjoy!
Baked Beans
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Cut bag and empty contents into a heat proof dish.
- Cover the dish with a lid or aluminum foil to create a seal. It is very important that the dish is completely sealed.
- Place the dish in the oven and heat for 45 minutes.
- Carefully remove the dish from the oven and remove the foil or lid. Enjoy!
Sweet Potato Casserole
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Place sweet potatoes in oven on center rack, uncovered.
- Bake for 45 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- Remove and serve. Enjoy!
