- 1 Espresso Martini – A rich milk chocolate espresso ice cream with housemade bits of espresso brittle and Kahlua-infused caramel swirls.
- 1 Mezcal Vanilla – A sweet but subtly smokey vanilla mezcal ice cream with swirls of agave-infused caramel, and housemade chunks of pan de elote.
- 1 Amaretto Cherry – Amaretto ice cream with chocolate stracciatella and housemade dark cherry jam throughout.
- 1 Mai Tai (PL) – A creamy plant-based coconut cream and pineapple ice cream with hints of orange, almond, and lime featuring El Guapos Polynesian Kiss Bitters and flakes of toasted coconut throughout.
