Smoked Turkey Breast for 6-8

Melissa’s beautiful smoked turkey breast will be the star of your table. These turkey breasts are specially trimmed to make carving easy, with the first wing bone left in place. This makes for a wonderful presentation and an ease of trimming that will elicit oohs and aaahs from your family and friends. Fully cooked, the turkey breast may be sliced and served cold (for absolutely amazing sandwiches) or reheated for your meal.

This package serves 10-12 people and includes

  • 1 semi-boneless Smoked Turkey Breast
  • 1 bottle Orange-Chipotle Glaze (12 oz.)
  • 1 Wild Rice Soup Kit for Turkey
  • Each turkey breast weighs approx. 6 lbs. and measures approx. 6″ × 8″ × 7″
  • Turkey breast ships frozen with dry ice, may dissipate in transit.
  • Upon arrival, store turkey in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, or keep frozen for up to 4-6 months.
  • It may take up to two days to fully thaw your turkey breast in the refrigerator.

To Serve

  • Preheat oven to 300°F.
  • Place breast in a roasting pan; add 1/2–1 cup chicken broth or water. Cover tightly with foil.
  • Heat 15–18 minutes per lb until internal temp is 150–155°F.
  • Uncover, pat surface dry, brush with glaze, then increase oven to 375–400°F.
  • Cook 10–15 minutes uncovered until the glaze sets and the internal temp reaches 165°F.
  • Rest 10–15 minutes before slicing.
  • Slice, serve and enjoy!
