This package serves 6-8 people and includes
- Delta Shrimp (2 lbs.)
- Stone Ground Grits (4 lbs.)
- BBQ Shrimp Sauce (1 lb.)
- Cornbread (1.5 lbs.)
- 1 bottle Cajun Garlic Sauce (6 oz.)
- 1 bottle Woo Woo Sauce (12 oz.)
- Meal kit ships frozen with dry ice, may dissipate in transit.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, or keep frozen for up to 3 months.
To Serve
- If frozen, thaw overnight in the refrigerator before preparing.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil, and reduce to simmer.
- Add the bag of grits, bring back to a boil then reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes.
- Grits may be reheated in a stockpot, but water or stock will need to be added to maintain consistency.
- While grits are heating, add Delta BBQ Sauce to a large frying skillet and bring to a light boil.
- Add shrimp to the boiling BBQ sauce.
- Cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side, then remove from heat.
- To serve, add grits to a plate and place shrimp on top.
- Make sure to spoon some of the flavorful sauce on top for the best experience.
