Mark Strausman has been one of New York’s most beloved chefs for more than 30 years. A native New Yorker, he rose to fame at NYC’s Campagna and was elevated to superstar status at Upper East Side phenom Fred’s at Barney’s, which he opened in 1996 and oversaw until its 2020 closure. Mark’s Off Madison, which he opened the following year, is the culmination of his career.
