Cash-only and with no website, this beloved Italian deli is one of those places that locals rave about and in-the-know tourists take the ferry over from Manhattan to visit. Founded in 1981 and still run by founders Pietro and Teresa Biancamano, M&P is renowned for its homemade fresh mozzarella (lovingly referred to as “mutz” in these parts) and huge Italian sandwiches.

- Kit ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Remove packaging and enjoy immediately or place Cold Cuts, Cheese, Roasted Peppers, Sun-Dried Tomatoes and Stuffed Peppers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- If enjoying later, remove mozzarella from the refrigerator and place in a container with warm tap water and keep at room temperature for one hour before eating.
- Bread may be stored at room temperature.
To Serve
- Place bread in oven at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes
- Let bread sit 5-10 minutes to cool off
- Add Cold Cuts and any add ons
- Close and enjoy!
